Basic services (can be used without joining the library)

• using card and computer catalogues

• getting information about the library and the system of libraries

• using books and magazines placed on open shelves on the spot

We lend:

• books, CDs, records and most audiobooks, videos and scores

• certain issues of periodicals and magazines with the exception of the latest ones

Interlibrary loan

Our library is a menber of the National Ducument-sharing System (Országos Dokumentumellátási Rendszer) that connects it to the collections of Hungarian libraries.

Reference

We help our readers find their way in the library, collect data on particular topics and we also compile reference collections.

We provide public information in topics regarding law, education, employment and the local community.

We offer free computer acess in the Public Services Area and in other parts of the library.

We deliver books, tapes, etc. to the needy (the old, the sick). We show our readers around in the library on request. We make photocopies of ducuments displayed in the given room.
